I had enough cash for a healthy down payment but had a Federal IRS tax lien which always showed up on my credit reports and prevented me from buying a home.  Don Kenney advised me that we had to take care of the tax lien before we could proceed. Don worked with my accountant and went to the IRS with an Offer In Compromise. I had to pay the IRS about 11% of the balance owed but thanks to Don the Offer In Compromise was accepted, the IRS tax lien was lifted and I was able to get a loan.
